Flow Apartments

By Sandy Taylor

These apartments are a riverside complex finished in 2008 by the very well know developer Pradella who has been developing in Queensland for almost 60 years. Other notable developments on Duncan St completed by pradella include; Waters edge, Arbor & Parc with Breeze currently under construction on the corner of Duncan St and Ferry Rd and expected to be finished in 2019.

Flow makes an immediate impression, as you walk from Duncan St towards the oversized lobby doors, you are greeted with flowing water and greenery. This sets the scene for the grand entrance that is the flow residence lobby, the pool is the first thing that catches your eye as you meander through the lush green resort style entrance. The main building wraps around this area which is littered with water features, a fantastic spiral staircase and an array of tropical plants giving the building a relaxed vibe and very resort style feeling.

This complex has amenities that suit all ages and interests, Heated lap pool, fully equipped gymnasium, 10 seat Cinema, garden room and BBQ area. Parents can relax by the pool with an afternoon drink while the kids play in the water and on the surrounding grassy area. When the sun sets, and the kids are finally tired and ready to sleep, Mum and Day can wonder down to one of the many restaurants or bars for a quick bite to eat and a drink or two. In the morning you can be up bright and early and straight to the West End Markets which are a 5-minute walk away. The West End lifestyle is sought after by many and these apartments make that achievable for the lucky few who were able to snag one of these beautiful apartments.
