Jim Ampelas - The 4101 French Touch

Exuding energy and with a distinctly European direct communication style, Jim distinguishes himself from other agents in the area through his international real estate experience, strong academic background and his vibrant personality. 

Having grown up in Cannes, South of France, Jim had an existing appreciation of historical buildings and architecture. This led him to work in the luxury real estate market of the French Riviera, where he honed his communication, eye for detail and negotiation skills in a high-end and competitive market. 

Upon arriving in Australia, Jim immediately fell in love with the 4101 area - it was like a little slice of Europe in Brisbane. “West End has everything,” Jim states, “It has energy, diversity, it’s near the water - it’s colourful and multicultural, everything a buyer could want in a community”. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Jim threw himself into his career, and now resides in West End while being actively involved in the real estate community in surrounding Highgate Hill and South Brisbane.
