Sorrento Apartment’s

By Sandy Taylor

The complex features 7 levels which consists of 30 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments have modern clean finishes and is conveniently located less than 100m from Brisbane river which includes the marvelous Riverwalk that goes along with it. Other standout features include rooftop alfresco area with stunning city and river views where occupants can have an afternoon drink in the rooftop spa bath while barbequing at their leisure.

The ground floor has the convenience of retail tenancy so the need to travel is unwanted distances for everyday items is unnecessary. Its noticeable these apartments are built for convenience and comfort perfect for the young professional or downsizing family. If you know the west end area well you will know this end of Duncan street is sheltered from the main hustle and bustle of Montague Rd, this area is one of my favorite for walking along the river or dropping in for an early morning coffee to watch the rowers glide past.

The location of Sorrento apartments is the greatest feature, walkable distance to boundary St’s restaurants and bars south banks entertainment precinct, and a range of parks it really is in the heart South Brisbane’s action. If your not feeling the good vibes of south Brisbane it’s a simple walk to the conveniently located Southbank bus and train stations. I myself am not against a cleansing ale or two on a Saturday (or Sunday) afternoon and the options are endless, walkable from a personal favorite bar of mine the plough in which is ideal if a cleansing 1 or 2 turns into a cleansing 3 or 4…. I would say Sorrento apartments would be most suitable for the young single professional, young family or downsizing older generations who are looking to downsize. The area is fantastic for active people who love to get out and exercise and the social butterfly
