Having decided to sell my ugly ducking property in a sort after suburb, I wanted it sold ASAP while realising maximum $. Luke recommend an auction, explaining it was the best option to achieve the above, the costs, the services provided for this cost & input required by myself. I agreed to an auction & was not disappointed as what I wanted was achieved with no stress on my part.
